What is EPDS Telangana and the FSC?
EPDS Telangana (Electronic Public Distribution System) is managed by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies. It provides transparent tracking of food grain distribution, from state warehouses to Fair Price Shops (FPS).

Citizens can verify FSC details and application status using three methods:
Method 1: Search with Aadhaar
- Visit epds.telangana.gov.in
- Click FSC Search → Search by Aadhaar
- Enter the 12-digit Aadhaar number and select the district
- View household details, FPS mapping, and linked family members
Method 2: Search with Reference or Application Number
- Go to FSC Application Search
- Enter MeeSeva reference or application number
- Check if the status is Approved, Pending, or Rejected
Method 3: Search by Name or Village
- Navigate: Reports → Ration Card Report → FSC Card Status Report
- Select District, Mandal, and FPS or village
- Browse for the Head of Family to view card details

Applying for a New Ration Card (2026)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Rural income < ₹1.5 Lakh/year; Urban < ₹2 Lakh/year
- Wetland ≤ 3.5 acres; Dryland ≤ 7.5 acres
- Permanent resident of Telangana
- Must not hold another ration card in any state
Application Steps:
- Download Form: “Pink Form” from the EPDS portal or collect at the MeeSeva Center
- Fill Details: Head of household, family members, Aadhaar numbers, LPG details, residence proof
- Attach Documents: Aadhaar, proof of residence, passport-size photograph, bank passbook (optional)
- Submit Application: Online or offline at MeeSeva; pay a ₹30–₹35 fee
